Amsterdam

There are actually parking garages and lots in the Netherlands to park your bike ... bicycle that is ... This is what you would expect in a country where gasoline tops $7 per gallon (hence the smaller cars and engines in the cars). The problem is finding your bike back.
The Rijksmuseum is one of the most spectacular museum in the country housing many masterpieces of Rembrandt. Close to this museum there is also the Van Gogh museum.
The "Nightwatch" is undisputably one of Rembrandt most well-known paintings. You can take pictures in the museum as long as you don't use a flash.
Having dinner at a wine bar on the streets in Amsterdam. Sitting on the right is one of my oldest friends from Holland. We used to be neighbors until age 10 when we moved from the South (Velden) to the Western side of the country (Wassenaar) situated close to The Hague. Posted by Picasa
